License Key Recovery
If you've lost your EZ-Updater Pro license key — for example, you closed the download page before saving it — you can retrieve it at any time without opening a support ticket.
What you'll need
- 1The email address you used when you purchased EZ-Updater Pro through Stripe checkout.
- 2The last 4 digits of the payment card that was charged. You can find these in your bank app, on your statement, or in your Stripe receipt email.
How to recover your key
- 1Go to the License Key Recovery page.
- 2Enter your checkout email address and the last 4 digits of your payment card.
- 3Click Find my license key. Your key will be shown immediately if the details match.
- 4Copy the key and paste it into the EZ-Updater Pro plugin settings under Settings → EZ-Updater Pro → License Key in your WordPress admin.
Privacy note: We use your email and card last 4 to look up your license against the original Stripe payment record. We never store full card numbers, and this information is not saved after the lookup is complete.
If the lookup doesn't find your key
- Double-check that you're using the exact email from the Stripe checkout — not a forwarding alias or different address.
- Make sure the card last 4 matches the card that was charged (check your Stripe receipt email if unsure).
- If you've tried both and it still doesn't work, open a support ticket and include your approximate purchase date. We'll retrieve your key manually.
